Mindset of Gaining
Profits
This world is a wide
and huge world with many ways to gain profits. People have been trying many
ways to gain profits but mostly the way is to be selfish, thinking only their
own profits without caring if it harms the others’ career. In the previous
article we talked about the entertainment industry, and now we will talk about
it again, most importantly the music industry and the recording labels. Some of
the recording labels are practicing this bad way of multiplying money. They
hired their artists and they make them to do things that are not in tune with
their soul which means doing something that is actually you. These people never
tried to think outside the box, something that might bring them good things if
they do it the other way around.
If we make other
people to do things that doesn’t represents the real them, the result won’t be
very good. For instance, an artist is told to change their genre, maybe for the
sake of success they will do it. But if we see it very closely, the result
isn’t as good as if they bring their own genre. If the result isn’t really
good, so is the profit or the money gained. Some recording labels have been
ignoring this thing, well, not all of them. There are lots of examples
regarding this point being mentioned.
The moment we are
considering other people and their future, we will understand that their
success will be our success as well and their failure will be our failure as
well. This is only for recording labels. The artist that being promoted represents
the quality of the music publishing company who handled the artist. There is
nothing much to mention in this article because it all depends on people who
reads it. Don’t take this article as offensive because the purpose is only open
people’s minds. A person does a better work if they do what they love. That is
basically the basic understanding of work.
