KEYS OF SUCCESS AT
WORK
In the previous
articles we have discussed many things about work and career in general way.
There are many factors that affect our success at work. We won’t be discussing
every slight detail, but we’ll just go through some part of it. Let’s just get
to the point. Everyone deserves success no matter who they are but before
reaching it there are several important things they have to prioritize. The
first one is attitude. On the next several paragraphs we will be discussing
about these “attitudes” in detail.
Giving too much of ‘I
can’t(s) ‘means that you are the type of person who never want to try and
learn. Many employees are recruiting people who have the eagerness to learn new
things rather than high skilled people without the enthusiasm to learn.
Remember, what comes out from your mouth that shows your quality.
Nobody is perfect,
but never give that imperfection as a reason for you to make the same mistake
again and again. A person makes a mistake which is something normal but when
they do the same mistake again and again, it is called stupidity. Everybody can
change into a better person as long as we have the willingness to change. Once
we decide to never do same mistake again, it will happen just as we decided.
God have given us two
hands two legs two eyes two ears one nose one mind and one heart so we just
have to go on and put on some efforts in our works. Success isn’t luck. Success
is a decision from ourselves, how we should behave and what we have to do to
reach it. Success doesn’t only belong to several people. Success belongs to
everybody. Never let ourselves to be like a kid who always say, “I can’t do
this, I can’t do that. “ God have given every human kind the ability to make
things happen according to what we say. We have been given the freedom to
choose but not the freedom to choose the consequence. How we act and how we
behave, it all depends on ourselves. Your success is not decided by other
people. Success is your own decision.
